SHIPPING COST BY REGISTERED LETTER IS 8 REAIS, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF PRODUCTS THAT NEED TO BE SENT BY BOX. IN THIS CASE THE BUYER MUST CHOOSE THEIR STATE FIRST TO INCLUDE THE SHIPPING COST, IN THE AMOUNT THAT THEY CHOOSE OTHER DETAILS SUCH AS COLOR AND SIZE, FOR EXAMPLE.

The delivery time by registered mail is 5 to 15 working days, depending on the location.

Important: In some locations, there may be delays on the part of the carrier, due to internal procedures that vary according to the agency, such as: deliveries through escorts or requests for collection at agencies close to the requested address. Queen Adesivos provides full insurance to the customer regarding the delivery of goods, and in cases of loss proven by the carrier, the customer may choose whether to receive a refund or have another product made for re-posting.

Queen Adesivos has no control over the order after it has been posted, that is, it has no control over the carrier's delivery process. There is no way to guarantee that any delays in delivery will not occur, however, if any delay occurs, our team will do their best and work with the carrier to speed up the delivery of the order as much as possible.

If the customer receives the purchased product damaged during transport, they will have the option to refuse it upon delivery and the product will be replaced later, or they will have a period of 48 hours from the date of receipt to report the damage during transport.
